Illinois requires housing providers to treat applicants and residents equally regardless of lawful source of income and prohibits preferring market-rate applicants over applicants using housing assistance.

Reasonable Accommodations

CityZen provides reasonable accommodations and considers reasonable modification and assistance-animal requests in accordance with applicable law.
