CITYZEN PROPERTY CARE LLC — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 8/17/2026

CityZen Property Care LLC (“CityZen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to responsibly handling information collected through our website and related communications.

Information We Collect

At this time, the CityZen website primarily serves as an informational website regarding our properties, property-management services, leasing activities, and company.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us by email, telephone, text message, scheduling service, rental platform, or another communication method. This information may include your:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • property or unit of interest;

  • rental or leasing preferences;

  • information contained in messages you send us; and

  • other information you voluntarily provide.

Our website and technology providers may also automatically collect limited technical information, including browser type, device information, IP address, website activity, referring pages, and similar information used to operate, secure, and improve the website.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • respond to inquiries;

  • provide property-management and leasing services;

  • schedule tours;

  • communicate regarding available properties;

  • process leasing-related requests;

  • provide resident or maintenance communications;

  • communicate with property owners and vendors;

  • operate and improve our website and services;

  • maintain business and regulatory records;

  • prevent fraud or misuse; and

  • comply with legal obligations.

Service Providers

CityZen uses third-party technology and business service providers in connection with its operations. These may include website hosting, property-management technology, communication platforms, document management, accounting software, leasing platforms, screening services, scheduling tools, automation platforms, cloud storage, and artificial-intelligence tools.

Your intake identifies systems including Squarespace, Airtable, Zapier, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Zillow, Apartments.com, Plaid, DocuSign, Dropbox, Google Drive, Calendly, OpenAI, Anthropic, property-access systems, maintenance systems, and tenant-screening providers.

Important: I would not publish that vendor list verbatim in the policy. Use the category-based wording above. It is cleaner and won't make the policy inaccurate every time you change software.

Applicant and Resident Information

Additional personal information may be collected when a person applies for housing, becomes a resident, submits a maintenance request, completes a lease, makes a payment, or uses a third-party resident or application platform.

Such information may be subject to additional disclosures, terms, authorizations, or privacy notices provided at the time it is collected.

Tenant Screening

CityZen may use third-party screening providers in connection with rental applications. Screening may involve information provided by applicants and consumer reports or other information obtained from third-party providers.

Any required authorizations and notices will be provided through the applicable application or screening process.

Communications

If you provide CityZen with an email address or telephone number, we may use that information to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you regarding properties, leasing, resident services, maintenance, or other matters relevant to your relationship with CityZen.

Your intake confirms inquiry replies, leasing follow-ups, SMS communications, and maintenance notifications.

If CityZen later starts sending promotional SMS campaigns, I would add separate TCPA/SMS consent language to the site rather than relying only on this paragraph.

Information Security

CityZen takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in its possession. No electronic system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The FTC specifically advises businesses to collect only information they need, restrict access, protect sensitive information, and dispose of information securely.

Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to properties, leasing platforms, social-media platforms, payment services, scheduling systems, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use this website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our website, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. The effective date above will indicate the most recent revision.
